SC- 407 Training visa

There are two eligibility streams :

  • Post study work stream
  • The graduate work stream
    The common criteria for both the streams are:
    AGE : The age of applicant must be under 50

English: The applicant must demonstrate their language ability in english by either undertaking an english test or through holding certain types of passport

Required Evidence must be provided at date of lodgement​

Study in Australia
​You must meet the 2-year study requirement and have completed qualifications within six months of applying for the visa.
We have to complete 2 years Studies and make sure that all rest obligations are met by us within six months of visa application.

Can you Apply from us?​
The applicant will be eligible if the aspirant holds student visa within the 6-month period prior to lodgement of their application for a 485 visa application
Your family:
Following family members can be included by primary applicant in the application:

  • spouses
  • children that are dependent
  • same sex partners
​Duration and Conditions​:
Duration of this visa will depend upon our circumstances:
Graduate Work stream visas are valid for 18 months.

The duration for which the Post Graduate Stream in Australia will be eligible for Post Study Work will be dependent on following terms:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Bachelor with Honours for at least 2 years or Master’s by coursework or Master’s (Extended)
  • Master’s by Research of 3 years
  • Doctorate of 4 years

SC- 482 Short skill Visa

This is an 18-month work visa for recent engineering graduates.
Through this, aspirants can work in Australia and improve their chances of becoming eligible for a permanent or provisional skilled visa.
​Selection ​Criteria:​
​Age:​​The main applicant’s age must be under 31 at the date of lodgement.

​​English:​ We have to provide an assessment of our English language ability at the date of application.
​Requisite ​Qualifications:
​​We must have completed our qualification for not more than 2 years prior to lodgement of our application.
Our qualification must be in the engineering field preferably at bachelor level or higher.
We must have completed our qualification at an institution which offers courses accredited through the Washington Accord, or an institution specified by Immigration.

SC- 482 Short skill Visa

This is an 18-month work visa for recent engineering graduates.
Through this, aspirants can work in Australia and improve their chances of becoming eligible for a permanent or provisional skilled visa.

SC- 186 Employer Nomination
Scheme Visa

This visa allows skilled workers, who are nominated by their employer to live and work in Australia permanently.
Direct Entry Stream: For this following conditions should be met

  • We must be nominated by an Australian employer
  • Our occupation must be out of the relevant eligible skilled occupations list .
  • We must be Competent in English

Labour Agreement Stream
We will be fit under this if we currently work, or will work, for an employer who is party to a labour agreement.

Temporary Residence Transition Stream: We will be fit under this if following conditions are met

  • We must hold a 457, TSS or related bridging visa A, B or C
  • We must have worked for our employer full-time for at least three years
  • We must be nominated by our employer

SC-187 Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme

Basic Eligibility

  • We have to be nominated by an approved Australian employer for a job in regional Australia
  • We must be under 45 years of age
  • We must meet the skills, qualifications and English language requirements

Direct Entry Stream
This visa allows skilled workers to live and work in Australia permanently, who are nominated by their employer in regional Australia.

Temporary Residence Transition Stream
We will be fit under this if following conditions are met:

  • We must be a transitional subclass 457 or subclass 482 worker.
  • We must have worked for our employer full-time for at least 3 years
  • We must be nominated by our employer

SC-187 Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme

Basic Eligibility

  • We have to be nominated by an approved Australian employer for a job in regional Australia
  • We must be under 45 years of age
  • We must meet the skills, qualifications and English language requirements

This visa allows skilled workers to live and work in Australia permanently, who are nominated by their employer in regional Australia.

Temporary Residence Transition Stream
We will be fit under this if following conditions are met:

  • We must be a transitional subclass 457 or subclass 482 worker.
  • We must have worked for our employer full-time for at least 3 years
  • We must be nominated by our employer

SC-494 Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (Provisional) visa

This visa empowers regional employers to identify labour shortages within their region and meet the requirement by sponsoring skilled workers; specifically when employers are unable to source an appropriately skilled Australian worker.
Employer Sponsored Stream:

  • We can live, work and study only in designated regional areas of Australia
  • We can apply for permanent residence after 3 years from the time, visa is granted to us at 1st place.
Labour Agreement Stream
This stream is of skilled workers who have been nominated by employers under labour agreement. Labour agreements are signed among the Australian Government (represented by the Department) and employers.
Subsequent Entrant
This visa is meant for the family members of a Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (SESR) (Provisional) visa (subclass 494) holder who apply separately for their SESR visa aspiring to join the primary SESR visa holder in Australia.

SC- 888 Business Innovation and SInvestment permanent visa

This is an 18-month work visa for recent engineering graduates.
