Refund Policy

In this policy, we mentioned our practices of handling all client’s monies and our agency’s refund process. AIM Education & Migration Consultants refers to (ABN 94661082999) and its related entities, where applicable.

Please choose carefully. As we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. If you had taken any service from AIM Education and Migration Consultants, no refund will be given unless it’s exempted for special consideration and compelling and complicated reasons including a medical emergency and a death of a visa applicant. Refund is initiated only when AIM Education and Migration Consultants rejects your application as it does not meet eligibility criteria. There are some following cases in which you are initiated refund or not: –

1. If you withdrew your application in the middle of the process and any intellectual property is shared with you, then no refund will be given.
2. If there was a negative verification from the Employer or any misleading or false document is provided by you and got a negative skill assessment or visa refusal, then no refund will be given.
3. Application fees are payable by the client and these are subject to change by the relevant authority. If any change in this occurs, then we will be sent a notification to the client.
4. The client agrees to pay the balance of the due fee within the specified time nominated payment option. The receipt for the payment is issued on the same day of payment.
5. If your skills, state/territory or Visa application got rejected on the provision of your documentation or statement, then the refund policy of professional fee does not apply.
6. Before commencing our service, we ask the client to reveal the medical condition of family members migrating with him/her. If the client does not reveal such information before starting our service and got an application of skills, state/territory or visa refusal on the provision of medical conditions, then the refund policy does not apply.
7. Before commencing our service, we ask the client to reveal pending or ongoing criminal convictions or any criminal history of family members migrating with him/her. If the client does not reveal such information before starting our service and got an application of skills, state/territory or visa refusal on the provision of medical conditions, then the refund policy does not apply. AIM Education & Migration Consultants have the right to terminate the contract with the client if the client withheld information regarding criminal convictions.
8. If the Clients’ application cannot be continued due to alternations in migration law or the client’s personal circumstance, then this refund policy does not apply. This also includes any alternations to the migration regulations or requirements set by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIBP), Nominated State/ Territory or skills assessing Authority.
9. We will question the client about their English Language ability. If the client fails to meet the required English Language level required to have their visa approved, then the professional fees refund policy does not apply.
10. Refunds are 100% based on performance and are not payable unless the client’s skills or visa application is rejected and if the client decides not to continue before the final decision, then the fee is not refundable.
11. We are not responsible for the time taken by any governing body and cannot be held responsible for the same.

Cancellation Policy
If any Client cancels any service in the middle of the process with AIM Education & Migration Consultants then the full amount is forfeited and no money will be refunded.
Any money paid to AIM Education & Migration Consultants is to be used for the services that are stated on our website.
AIM Education & Migration Consultants is not affiliated with any embassy, authority, or organization that is either public or private. Since we are a private limited firm, we are unable to give you a visa outcome either positive or negative. Only those who desire to immigrate or visit their chosen country can receive our assistance and advice. Please be aware that the relevant government department in each country has the final decision regarding all visa applications. Any service outcome favorable or unfavorable is not in our hands we work as a mediator between the departments and applicants.

Our agreements with clients are built on a foundation of sincerity, security, and confidence, and each provision is spelt out in detail and supported by documentation. We guarantee total transparency while outlining our terms. We are not charging additional monies from our clients in terms of gifts, donations and any kind of benefit.

Client acknowledges and understands that the company does not proclamation or compel the use of any service, product, or visa, and that the selection of a particular service, product, or visa, is a personal choice and cannot ever be taken to represent a corporate opinion. The company advertises all of the services and provides information on all of the opportunities from which the client agrees to have chosen this service, product, or visa without feeling any pressure from other sources.

The applicant has carefully complied with all of the aforementioned requirements and agrees to accept all of the terms and conditions by signing, recognizing, and agreeing to AIM Education & Migration Consultants’ term and conditions.
